In 2019 we took a batch of our classic amber rum blended it with a generous measure of local maple syrup and put the entire concoction into a newly emptied American Oak bourbon barrel from Kentucky

Four 50 ml bottles of all our rum varieties

Pear Eau-de-Vie 500 ml Rum Includes our 500ml Harvest RumSelect ripe pears, Bartlett, Anjou & Clara Frijs, fermented at the peak of ripeness & distilled. Enjoy our Pear Eau de Vie on its own, in a small glass at the finish of a fine meal. We like it as an accompaniment to fresh strawberries a bite of berry and a small sip of pear heaven!
